Daniel James Cardinal was born in Worcester, Massachusetts. He received his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, graduating with highest honors; Alpha Phi Sigma. Attorney Cardinal went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree in law from New England School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts in 1988. While attending New England School of Law, Attorney Cardinal served as president of the Honors Moot Court program. As a law clerk, he worked at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in the consumer protection department. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1988. Attorney Cardinal’s entire legal career has been devoted to representing injured persons and small business owners.
Attorney Cardinal began his law career practicing as a civil trial attorney in Brookline, Massachusetts, representing clients in multiple areas of civil litigation. Attorney Cardinal’s career has been distinguished as one of a select group of trial attorneys that have obtained compensation for their clients by way of settlement or trial verdicts in excess of One Million Dollars. This level of success has been accomplished by Attorney Cardinal in his representation of victims of motor vehicle accidents as well as other personal injury tort claims. Additionally, Attorney Cardinal has obtained noted success in representing individuals and small businesses in various areas of contract disputes and consumer protection disputes. Attorney Cardinal’s representation of his clients has included trial practice in the Courts of Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey and Florida.
Attorney Cardinal continues to serve his clients as a civil trial attorney in Brookline, Massachusetts at the same location where he began the practice of law twenty-nine (29) years ago.
Attorney Cardinal resides with his family in Franklin, Massachusetts where he is active in the community as a youth baseball and football coach for over eight years, as well as a member of the local Elks Charitable Organization.
